INDIGENOUS DANCE FUSION
About
Indigenous Dance Fusion (INDAFU) is a dance movement for a new age. INDAFU seeks, through performance and instruction, to bring together humanity through one of our most long-standing traditions and activities: dance. Drawing from influences from all around the world and all throughout time, INDAFU's mission is to find a common denominator in what dance really is, and through that, what to be human really is. There is no goal to be reached, there is no experience necessary. There is only a desire to be present, to be human, and to be a spirit connecting to a body in a cosmos of others desiring to do the same thing.

Our classes involve all genres, and all patrons are welcome. The broad focus of a cardio follow-along format, Indigenous Dance Cardio (INDACA), or the technique-focused, genre-specific focus of our choreography classes, Indigenous Dance Choreography (INDACHO) are both at your disposal and can be found in our SCHEDULE section.
We are excited to announce the introduction of a third program also! INDAKI, or Indigenous Dance Kids is a tribal communication and consensus building model as children ages 6 and up choreograph their own story telling dances in this new-normal, pod-based decentralized format. INDAKI sends children away with a great workout, as well as conflict resolution, group-speaking and teamwork skills that will last a lifetime.

Welcome to Indigenous Dance Fusion, we can't wait to grow our human community!
